Solidified Cohesive Soil Improvement System: Tough-Kon System
In the Tough-kon System, soil improvement is performed continuously by decomposition of consolidated soil to enable uniform mixing with a soil improvement agent. Adoption of a twin-shaft ribbon mixer in the continuous soil improvement system enables wide application to various soils, including lumpy solidified cohesive soils, solidified dredged soils, dewatered solidified soils, etc.
Features
- Because this is a plant mixing process, a high improvement effect (mixing effect) can be obtained. Sure confirmation of the improvement effect is also possible, enabling economical soil improvement by minimizing consumption of soil improvement agent, etc.
- Uniform mixing of soil improvement agent is possible with cohesive soils, etc. generated by construction of underground structures.
- The optimum system composition for actual construction conditions can be selected.
