Solidified Cohesive Soil Improvement System: Tough-Kon System

In the Tough-kon System, soil improvement is performed continuously by decomposition of consolidated soil to enable uniform mixing with a soil improvement agent. Adoption of a twin-shaft ribbon mixer in the continuous soil improvement system enables wide application to various soils, including lumpy solidified cohesive soils, solidified dredged soils, dewatered solidified soils, etc.

Solidified Cohesive Soil Improvement System: Tough-Kon System

Features

  • Because this is a plant mixing process, a high improvement effect (mixing effect) can be obtained. Sure confirmation of the improvement effect is also possible, enabling economical soil improvement by minimizing consumption of soil improvement agent, etc.
  • Uniform mixing of soil improvement agent is possible with cohesive soils, etc. generated by construction of underground structures.
  • The optimum system composition for actual construction conditions can be selected.
