(FY)(FY)(FY)(FY)The Group’s Policy on Human Rights stipulates that efforts shall be made to create a safe, sanitary, and healthy working environment, and the Group strives to reduce overtime work by giving consideration to maintaining and improving the health of staff and controlling excessive workloads. In particular, we regard the reduction of overtime work and the granting of eight days off per four weeks at construction sites as important issues.
